Day 1:Santiago, Chile:

Service: Transfer from the airport to the hotel

Upon your arrival, you will be assisted at the airport by our representatives and then, you will be transferred to your hotel.

Service: City tour and Santa Lucia Hill

Santiago is a cosmopolitan city that blends the oldness with modernity. We will show you the origins of our city and landmarks such as Plaza de Armas, the Cathedral, the Post Office and the Municipality of Santiago. The tour will continue by the Government Palace and we will have the chance to walk through some of the most traditional streets and neighborhoods. Later we will go towards the east, where we ll see modern buildings and how they have transformed the city.

Hotel: Vendaval Hotel

Located in the gastronomic district of Puerto Natales, 3 blocks from the waterfront and halfway from the main square. The 23 rooms are located inside the block, they are quiet, they have good views and natural light. The hotel revolves around an old brick house, typical of Patagonian constructions, where breakfast is taken. All the rooms frame views of old brick walls, the city, the senoret canal and the snowdrifts. A living room on the 4th floor with a terrace protected from the wind where to have a beer after a day of expedition.

Day 3:PUERTO NATALES, Chile:

Service: Torres del Paine National Park

The excursion begins visiting the Milodon Cave, a natural monument located on Benitez Hill, 25 kilometers from Puerto Natales, where in 1895 were found remains of extinct animals like Sabre Toothed Tiger, American Horse and a large mammal known as Milodon. It is necessary to walk for half an hour to go into the cave and observe the stalactites, places where the remains were found and a replica of Milodon. The excursion continues bordering different lakes such as Sofía, Porteño and Toro toward the park, which is a biosphere reserve founded in 1959 with a surface over 242.000 hectares. Here the landscape changes drastically becoming unforgettable due its dozen lakes populated by marine birds, and in the background granite picks dominating the area. Turquoise lakes, waterfalls and mountains covered by ice are the predominant landscape inside the park. The trip continues with a walk on the shores of Grey Lake, where blue icebergs can be seen, and in the background the vast Grey glacier. After lunch a walk for 15 minutes into the park is necessary toward the Waterfall (Salto Grande), which is communicating two big lakes inside the park Nordenskjold and Pehoe Lakes. The road takes us to the Nordenskjold look out and bordering Sarmiento Lake finally arriving in Laguna Amarga, from where we will have a panoramic view of the three Towers of Paine , always depending on the weather conditions. Once we leave the park you will be able to enjoy the most diverse landscapes, such as, the magellanic deciduous forest and the vast Patagonian steppe dominated by the wind and aridity. On the way is possible to find two species members of the local fauna the Patagonian guanaco, South American camel and relative of Llama, and the endemic lesser Rhea (Ñandu), relative of the African Ostrich. Before arriving in Puerto Natales we will observe the little village of Cerro Castillo and Figueroa Lake.

Day 4:PUERTO NATALES, Chile:

Service: Balmaceda Serrano Glaciers

An excursion will allow you to know a diverse fauna towards the glacier sighting. On the road you will appreciate striking birds such as cormorants, sea lions on rocks and watching condors in areas of streams as it approaches the Balmaceda Mountain (2035 meters altitude) where you can appreciate the glacier of the same name. Then disembark at Puerto Toro to start one hour walk round the shore of the lagoon Tempanos , accompanied by our bilingual guide. Through a native forest of coihues , ñirres and ciruelillos , toward the Serrano glacier, you will enjoy the fascinating vegetation surrounding the imposing massif of ice. After witnessing a unique, wild and unspoiled landscape, you will complete the navigation anchoring in Puerto Natales.

Day 6:Santa Cruz, Argentina:

Service: Full day tour to Perito Moreno Glacier

At 80 km from the town of Calafate, the Perito Moreno glacier stands out, one of the largest in the world and the biggest attraction of the Los Glaciares National Park, a protected area of 600,000 ha covered by an ice sheet. Accompanied by a guide who will give us information about the environment, we will enter the area of the Patagonian Andean forest to stop at the Curve of the Sighs, where we can enjoy a first view of this huge frozen mass. Then we will continue on the catwalks, from which we can take walks to admire from different panoramic points this wonder of nature and contemplate from very close the detachment of ice blocks of different sizes and hear the rumble they produce and then see them transform into wonderful floating icebergs.

Day 7:Santa Cruz, Argentina:

Service: FD Ríos de Hielo

In an almost magical atmosphere, ice blocks floating adrift and impressive landscapes complete this unforgettable experience of full contact with Nature. Sailing out of Puerto Bandera, only 50 km away from El Calafate, a modern and comfortable ship will take us to see the best views of the occidental front of Upsala glacier, the second largest glacier in South America, located in Los Glaciares National Park. We will then sail the Cristina Canal to disembark at the ranch bearing the same name. There, we will enjoy a relaxing walk until reaching the Caterina River. Surrounded by an unforgettable beauty, we will visit the old shearing house, now turned into a museum, the Chapel, and the heart of this old Patagonic ranch.

Day 8:Santa Cruz, Argentina:

Buenos Aires, Argentina:

Upon your arrival, you will be assisted at the airport by our representatives and then, you will be transferred to your hotel.

Service: City Tour

This tour will take us to visit the most important places of the City of Buenos Aires: Our first stop will be at tha Main square where, in its surroundings, we can see the most emblematic buildings that will allow us to know the history of the city. We will continue along Avenida de Mayo, where the oldest neighborhood of Buenos Aires is located: San Telmo. Walking among its cobbled streets, we will discover the uniqueness of the buildings and antique shops. Then, Caminito street awaits us, located in the neighborhood of La Boca. On the way, we will enjoy the Tango, dancers and souvenir shops and, in addition, the famous Boca Juniors football stadium. Puerto Madero, will be our next stop, where we will appreciate the modernization of the city. With its exclusive docks, famous restaurants and offices. In addition, we will have the option of walking through the Retiro neighborhood and, knowing one of the aristocratic areas of the city: Recoleta. There, we will find the final resting place of Eva Perón, "Evita".
