Arrival at Bangkok airport where your English-speaking guide is waiting for you and transfer to the hotel.

Day 3: Half day visit to Bangkok City & Temples including Grand Palace
After breakfast, visit three of the most unusual Buddhist temples starting with Wat Traimit. Located at the end of Chinatown, on Yaowarat Road, near the Hualampong train station, Wat Traimit houses the largest solid gold Buddha in the world, measuring almost five meters tall with a weight of five and a half tons. The tour will then continue to WatPho, the largest temple in Bangkok, the temple of the huge reclining Buddha, and the Chedis of the Kings. This is located behind the Temple of the Buddha. It is one of the largest temples in the city and famous for its gigantic reclining Buddha that is 46 meters long and covered in gold. Next, you will visit the Royal Palace, which is undoubtedly the most famous monument in the city. Built in 1782, and for 150 years the home of the King of Thailand, the royal court and the administrative seat of government, the Grand Palace in Bangkok is an ancient building that continues to impress its visitors with its beautiful architecture and details. Inside the complex, you will find Wat Phra Kaew or the Temple of the Emerald Buddha (officially known as WatPhra Sri Rattana Satsadaram), considered the most important Buddhist temple in Thailand, consecrating the image of a highly revered Buddha meticulously carved in a single block of jade.

Day 6: Half day visit to Chiang Mai City & Temples including Doi Suthep
Breakfast at the hotel.
Visit Wat Doi Suthep, a superbly located temple perched on top of a wooded mountain 1,000 meters high. This sacred temple offers a spectacular view of the city, as well as a wide variety of images and frescoes. Then, we will descend and visit the largest market in the city, Talat Warorod, before ending with two important temples, Wat Chedi Luang and Wat Phra Singh. Wat Phra Singh, the Temple of the Lion Buddha, is the most visited in Chiang Mai, built in 1345 and one of the most prominent examples of Lanna architecture, and the epicenter of Songkran festivities among the faithful Buddhists. Then, you will visit Wat Chedi Luang, built around 600 years ago around a partially ruined Lanna-style chedi dating back to 1441, believed to have been one of the tallest structures in ancient Chiang Mai. Apart from these two temples, you will also visit Wat Suan Dok, which holds the remains of many generations of the Chiang Mai Royal Family. Transfer back to the hotel.
